The Blue Bag kerbside recycling scheme operates in Carmarthenshire. Kitchen/Food waste is collected weekly in most Blue Bag areas. Garden waste is collected weekly in areas with a food waste collection - garden waste will only be collected if it is placed in the biodegradable bags available for sale at the Council's Customer Service Centres.
