All households receive a fortnightly collection of clean recyclable paper (news, mags, office paper, junk mail, white telephone directories, Yellow Pages), cardboard, cans and plastic containers (bottles, tubs, pots and trays) in the blue lidded wheeled bin. They are all also offered a fortnightly collection of garden waste, food waste, shredded paper, Yellow Pages and cardboard in the brown bin for composting.
Food waste can be collected from households every week, via the brown bin for compostables one week, then the grey bin for non-recyclable waste the next week.
