Sainsbury's to pioneer Front of Store Recycling
Sainsbury's is set to begin rolling out Valpak's stylish rescape banks accross its Greater London stores, following successful trials. Sainbury's and Valpak are working with local authorities on the initiative, aimed at finding new strategies for boosting the collection of packaging materials.

What's next for WEEE?
At the end of March, the DTI published a discussion document on the implementation of the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive. The DTI's conclusions raised a number of important issues for local authorities.
