Newquay Tretherras School, Newquay

Project Overview

Newquay Tretherras School currently have no recycling initiatives in place, but this project aims to educate the younger generation on the importance of caring for the environment and also to improve the level of recycling in the school.

The group aim to produce an information leaflet to distribute to the local community in order to improve environmental education. As well as this, they have written drama scenes on the importance of recycling to perform at local primary schools.

To improve recycling in the school, the group aim to increase the number of recycling bins and set up a rota for the team to arrange collections of these.
