Electrical and Electronic
Equipment that was made after 13th August 2005 should display this symbol
on the packaging or product. Either send the product to be repaired/
reused or use the
recycle-more bank locator to find your nearest electrical recycling
facilities.
Battery recycling
This recycling symbol
is very similar to the one above, but does not have a bar at the bottom
of the crossed out wheeled bin. This symbol is used to support the Battery
Directive which became part of UK law in 2009. For more details on recycling
