11th September 2009 saw the 1st ever Gunge Day to be
held at Valpak's Head Office in Stratford-upon-Avon.
Members
of staff spent the week voting for nervous nominees who awaited their
fate on Friday afternoon.

The event raised over £700 for the
Warwickshire
Wildlife Trust and the total raised so far currently stands at
£2813.63 - not far off the £3500 overall target.
I think that its fair to say that the gungee's were well and truly gunged!
We would like to share the experience with you all and so please see
the pictures below.
A big thank you to everyone who was involved, especially to the nominated
gungees and all of you who voted en masse. The support was overwhelming
and it brought a fantastic atmosphere to the office!
